Shamanic Journey Evenings
First Saturdays. Dates: Sep 4, Oct 2, Nov 6, Dec 4
Location: Awakenings Wellness Center, 1016 SE 12th, Portland (use entrance on left side of building)
Time: 7:00pm-9:00pm
Donation: $30 is appreciated.
Join Bob for an evening of transformation and celebration. He will lead a Shamanic Journey calling in the sacred healing energies. He uses a variety of sacred instruments from crystal and Tibetan bowls to rattles, drums, and his voice creating a vibrational sound meditation to facilitate the journey. Please bring something to lie on such as a sleeping pad or pillows and a blanket for your comfort during the journey as you will be lying on the floor for much of the time. Come celebrate new beginnings for the next year. This evening is dedicated to expressing our gratitude for what we have received over the last year and setting our intentions for the year ahead. Join us after the journey for some sharing, chanting and being in the moment. We will also have a drumming circle for peace. Snacks and beverages (non-alcoholic) will be provided.
